Project enquiries

When you send a brief, we save your email, message and enquiry context in our Cloudflare database and notify our team by email through Resend. We use this information to reply, assess the project and manage our conversation. Access is limited to people who manage the website and enquiries. Please do not include passwords, medical records or confidential client data.

We retain enquiries while needed for the conversation, project or applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete information you have shared. Copying or downloading a brief saves a copy to your clipboard or device; those actions do not submit it.

Analytics and advertising measurement

If you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics measures visits and confirmed enquiry submissions. Our Google Ads account is linked to Analytics so we can understand which ads lead to enquiries. We do not send your email address or project brief to Analytics or Google Ads. We do not enable personalised advertising or enhanced conversions using customer data.

Your preferences control analytics and ad measurement. Where permitted by your choice, we retain campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers for the visit and with the enquiry so we can understand its source. Google may process device, browser and interaction information. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Optional tracking is off until you choose it. You can change your choice using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Your preference is remembered for up to 180 days. Declining optional cookies does not prevent you sending an enquiry.

Live chat

If you open live chat, tawk.to processes your messages, details you choose to share and technical information needed to deliver chat, including cookies and your network address. Chat loads only after you choose “Open live chat”. We use conversations to respond to your questions. You can use the enquiry form instead. Read tawk.to’s privacy policy.

Website delivery and protection

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical information needed to deliver and protect it, including network addresses and request logs. The enquiry form uses short-lived limits based on a salted hash of the network address to reduce abuse; it does not save the raw address with your brief. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts.

Service providers and external links

Cloudflare, Resend, Google and email providers process information needed to provide their services, which may involve processing in other countries. External websites have their own privacy practices. Email links open your selected email application.
