Software maintenance & ongoing engineering for UAE teams

Keep your product moving with ongoing engineering, maintenance and releases. One prioritised backlog, an agreed delivery rhythm and clear ownership.

A product your team can use, maintain and develop.

Your scope

Give features, fixes and maintenance one workable plan.

Bring features, fixes and maintenance into one prioritised backlog with an agreed delivery cadence.

We can own a product area or join your team, with release responsibility, support hours and escalation paths defined upfront.

What you can build

Managed engineering use cases

A product that needs continued development

Turn feedback and priorities into a manageable delivery plan for continuing product improvements.

Extra capacity for an internal team

Delegate a product area or backlog with agreed interfaces, review standards and decision ownership.

Support after a launch or handover

Maintain the product after launch, addressing operational issues, dependencies and changing needs.

Choose your approach

Choose the engineering arrangement around the work.

Choose the approach that fits.
ApproachA good fit when…What to consider
Defined feature projectA bounded change with agreed acceptance criteria.Later requests need a new scope or an ongoing arrangement.
Ongoing product engineeringA changing roadmap with a regular need for features, fixes and maintenance. The backlog must be prioritised within the capacity and responsibilities agreed.
Team extensionAn internal team needing help with an owned product area or delivery backlog.Review standards, interfaces and decision ownership need to fit the existing team.

Budget & planning

What determines ongoing engineering cost?

Scope follows agreed capacity and responsibilities. Development, support coverage and the impact of urgent work are defined separately.

  • Engineering disciplines and delivery capacity needed each period.
  • Application condition, release frequency and ownership of testing or deployment.
  • Support hours, response expectations and the volume of operational work.

Delivery

From setup to handover.

1

Set the boundaries

Agree responsibilities, priorities, access, availability, communication and urgent-issue handling.

2

Work from one visible backlog

Prioritise features and fixes together; review progress, open questions and decisions regularly.

3

Keep the product maintainable

Keep documentation and releases current, reserving capacity for maintenance alongside new requests.

Managed engineering FAQs

Is this a dedicated developer or a delivery team?

It depends on the work. We agree skills, capacity and responsibilities, including who plans, builds, reviews and approves releases.

Do you provide round-the-clock support?

Only if explicitly agreed. Support hours, response targets and escalation routes are defined; ongoing engineering does not automatically include 24/7 or unlimited support.

What if we want to move the work in-house?

We plan a transition using maintained code, documentation, backlog and deployment setup. Access and ownership are agreed from the start.
